MindFit Yoga Studio in Kendall is the affiliated training facility of Urban Bliss School of Yoga’s 200 hour Vinyasa Based Teacher Training as well as the 300 hour Therapeutic Yoga Instructor Training.
Nestled in Kendall (South Miami), this versatile space is a two studio site. MindFit Yoga houses up to 50 students in the main studio and up to 15 students in the other. Together the convertible space accommodates 65.
MindFit Yoga Studio in Kendall comfortably hosts yoga classes, yoga workshops, yoga seminars, 200 hour vinyasa teacher training and 300 hour therapeutic teacher trainings.
